Who this policy covers
This policy explains how Sunward Riverside Sunrooms & Patios handles the information you share with us through this website, by phone and by email. We're a sunroom contractor in Riverside, CA, and we collect only what we need to answer your questions, give you an estimate and do the work you hire us for.
It applies to every page of our site, starting with the home page, and to the contact form linked from it. You can read more about our business on our About page.
What information we collect
When you fill out our contact form, call or email us, we collect what you choose to give us. That usually means your name, phone number, email address, the address of the home where the work would happen, and a description of your project, such as the room you have in mind or photos of your patio.
When you visit the site, some information is collected automatically. This can include your browser type, device type, the pages you viewed, how long you stayed, the site that sent you here and a general location based on your IP address, which is the number your internet connection uses to reach websites.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files your browser stores so a site can remember your visit. We use them, along with analytics tools, to see which pages people read and where the site needs work, and that information is looked at in totals, not to track you as a person.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some features may not remember your choices between visits.
How we use your information
We use your contact details and project notes to reply to you, schedule an on-site estimate, prepare a quote, plan and build your project, and follow up on the work afterward.
We also use site data to fix problems and improve the pages. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't send you marketing you didn't ask for.
Who we share it with
Our contact form is run by an outside form service, so what you type there passes through that service before it reaches us. Our analytics and website hosting providers also handle site data for us, and they're expected to use it only to provide their service.
We may share project details with suppliers or subcontractors when they're needed to complete your job. We'll also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our business, our customers or the public.
How long we keep it
If you contact us and don't hire us, we keep your inquiry only as long as it's useful for following up, then delete it. If we do your project, we keep job records such as your contact details, quote, plans and invoices for as long as we need them for warranty questions, taxes and legal requirements.
Analytics data is kept in summary form and isn't used to identify you.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also tell us to stop contacting you at any time. Depending on where you live, including California, the law may give you further rights over your data, and we'll honor those requests.
We won't treat you differently or charge you more for asking. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on a request, so we don't hand your information to someone else.
Children's privacy
Our site is meant for adults planning work on their homes. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.
Keeping your information safe
We use reasonable steps to protect what you share with us, and we limit who on our team can see it. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please don't send payment card numbers or passwords through the form or by email.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our tools or practices change. The current version will always be on this page, and if you keep using the site after a change, the updated policy applies.
How to raise a privacy concern
If you have a question about your information or want to make a request, reach us through our contact page or call (951) 394-2905. We're available Mon–Sun, 7 AM–10 PM, and we respond within 1 business day.
